- Responsible for successfully performing professional services of body massages and body treatments to meet the expectations of each guest.
- Perform guest consultation and post treatment recommendations with the ability to educate guests on products and home regimens.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and sanitation.
- Conduct inventory and maintain appropriate par levels of supplies.
- Responsible for assisting with phone sales, facility tours, service scheduling, and other Spa duties as necessary.
- Must demonstrate excellent time management skills and a fun, energetic, courteous, and professional demeanor.
- Assure an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments.
- Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests.
- Support current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior.
- Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment.
