- Ability to effectively use a hand held radio, flashlight, computer, phone, camera, motorized carts, medical supplies, wheelchair and computer database. Ability to write and type reports. Ability to read and understand company forms and reports.
- Knowledge of internal controls, local and state laws, gaming regulations, required OSHA regulations and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Must be able to effectively communicate with guests and co-workers regarding safety and emergency procedures.
- Ability to investigate and write reports.
- Ability to accurately count inventory items.
- Knowledge of CPR, basic first aid, use of AED equipment, and universal standards for exposure to blood.
- Has the resiliency to deal with difficult guests in all types of business conditions and the ability to work effectively and courteously with fellow employees.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality including, but not limited to, player activity, claim activity, financial data, marketing plans, and policies.
