Klingner Hires Assistant Land Surveying Technician
David Soliz has joined the Land Surveying Department at Klingner & Associates, P.C. as an Assistant Technician. Based in the Davenport Regional Office, he will assist licensed land surveyors in Iowa and Illinois with mapping and documenting boundaries for lot surveys, subdivisions, and property splits; conducting topographic surveys; 3D laser scanning; and completing aerial surveys.
