Klingner hires Construction Inspection Technician

Mark Shryack has joined the Transportation Department of Klingner & Associates, P.C. (Klingner) in the firm’s Davenport Regional Office as a Technician. He will be responsible for construction inspection for roadway and bridges for Illinois Department of Transportation.
 
Mark brings experience in construction inspection, quality control, and plant operations, supported by multiple state certifications and a proven track record of delivering compliant, high-quality infrastructure projects.
