Bettendorf, IA — October 28, 2025 — The Quad City Area REALTORS® (QCAR) proudly announces the winners of its first-ever Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Design Contest, celebrating creativity, innovation, and forward-thinking housing solutions in the Quad Cities.
