Venture School Informational Session - 12pm

The University of Iowa will host a second round of Venture School, a six-week startup accelerator for entrepreneurs, in the Quad Cities this fall. Venture School will be held September 29 through November 13, and the deadline to apply is August 30 at midnight.

Venture School emphasizes real-world entrepreneurship through experiential learning, a flipped classroom, assistance and guidance from mentors, and immediate feedback. Nine teams of entrepreneurs participated in Venture School earlier this year.

Venture School is available in the Quad Cities through a partnership between the University of Iowa, Eastern Iowa Community Colleges, and the Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce.
