Upper Iowa University, 1401 Kimberly Rd. Bettendorf, IA 52722, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Thursday, November 6 at 4:00 p.m.; followed by an open house. The ceremony will celebrate the University's recent expansion to their undergraduate and graduate level programs. In addition to providing evening and online bachelor's degrees, Upper Iowa will now offer MBA, Education and M.Ed. programs.
