UnityPoint Health, located at 5401 44th Avenue Dr. Moline, IL 61265 (near 53rd Street and John Deere Road), will be celebrating the grand opening of their new facility on Tuesday, January 21st at 4:30pm. http://mapq.st/19fg2hx. The ribbon cutting will be followed by an open house.
The new facility will include a UnityPoint Clinic family medicine practice with medical home services. Dr. Nicole Chickris and Dr. Michael Bollaert, formally of Family Medicine - Moline Clinic, will now practice at the new location, which will be known as Family Medicine - John Deere Rd.
The UnityPoint Express Care will re-locate from Avenue of the Cities in East Moline and offer expanded hours beginning at 7:00am. The new facility includes urgent care services, on-site X-rays and labs provided by Metropolitan Medical Laboratory, PLC.
