The Waste Commission of Scott County will host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the new Centennial Park Drop-off Recycling Center on Thursday, October 31st at 1:00pm. The ribbon cutting will take place at 202 S. Marquette St. Davenport, IA 52802 (near Centennial Park). http://mapq.st/1igBktu. The new drop-off location will be open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
