Rocky's Houses by Vermillion Development, 6165 Hess Court Bettendorf, IA 52722, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony at their newly built spec home on Tuesday, January 31 at 10:30am to celebrate the completion of their first home under their new name.  
 
**Directions: Travel East on 53^rd St. and go past the round-about, turn left on Allison, right on Willmeyer, right on Pigeon Creek to Hess Court. House is on the right.
