Quad City Arts/Metro Arts Summer Youth Employment Program Mural, located at 421 W. River Dr. Davenport, IA 52801 (Freight House), will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Friday, July 17th at 9am to celebrate the completion of the project. 15 apprentices ages 16-20 were hired to work on the mural. They were led by artist Sara Robb who has been with Metro Arts for nine years, and has extensive experience creating murals locally. Click here to read an article about the project.
