Friendship Manor, 1209 21st Ave. Rock Island, IL 61201, will host a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Open House on Tuesday, June 16 at 3:30pm to introduce their newest service, New Friendships. New Friendships is a memory care service division offering one-bedroom and studio apartments. Private and spacious bathrooms, ample storage and kitchens are found in each of the 15 units.
