French Rose Bakery and Cafe, 220 N. Main St. Davenport, IA 52801, will host a ribbon cutting ceremony on Tuesday, October 25 at 9am to celebrate their grand opening. **Located inside the old Davenport Bank Building - use the Main St. entrance French Rose Bakery is owned by pastry chef Jennifer Ewert who was taught by top chefs from France at French Pastry School in Chicago. From there she went on to practice under Chefs in Las Vegas at MGM for Robichon. Now back at home to bring the Quad Cities a taste of pastries made from scratch with all natural and high quality ingredients.
