Drew D. Larson is a member of BrownWinick and serves a Chair of the firm's Innovation Committee. Drew practices primarily in the areas of corporate formation and transactions, health law, intellectual property, estate planning, and tax. He represents business clients in various aspects of their operations, including startup organization, financing, acquisitions, contract drafting and negotiation, succession planning and regulatory compliance.
