When companies invest their resources in an apprentice, they’ll likely gain a talented, long-term employee for the future. The Quad Cities is brimming with talented workers, and we want to help regional employers find apprentices who can help elevate their business.

The Apprenticeship Education Forum will engage businesses by explaining how they can take advantage of apprenticeship programs that produce talent pipelines delivering a continuous pool of qualified candidates to the regional workforce.

For companies looking to get involved with a registered apprenticeship program, and also those hoping to expand their existing apprenticeship initiatives, the forum will illustrate the benefits of registered apprenticeship programs and ways that companies can discover programs uniquely tailored to meet their staffing needs.

During the forum, you’ll hear first-hand accounts of how apprenticeships have made a significant impact on both Quad Cities employers and employees. The first part of the presentation will focus on student apprenticeships while the second dives into adult apprenticeship opportunities.

Let’s work together to equip new generations with valuable on-the-job training experiences and construct a talent pipeline that generates a stronger regional workforce. Join us to learn how to start and maintain your own Youth or Adult Apprenticeship Program.
