The City of Rock Island, the Rock Island Economic Growth Corporation (GROWTH), and the Rock Island County Metropolitan Mass Transit District (MetroLINK) invite you to attend a groundbreaking of a new transit-oriented development in downtown Rock Island on Thursday, May 23^rd at 3:30pm – Located at 20^th Street & 1^st Avenue in Rock Island.

Parking is available in the City of Rock Island’s Lot D (east of 20^th Street at 2^nd Avenue) and on 19^th Street.
