The Alexander Company of Madison Wisconsin – a leader in urban infill design, will celebrate the grand opening of their new re-development on Monday, September 22at 12:30 p.m.

5^th Street Lofts, 500 Iowa St. Davenport, IA 52801, is an adaptive reuse of another historic building in the historic warehouse district. The 43,000 square foot building will have 33 market rate and affordable rental units. A light buffet lunch will be served following the ribbon cutting ceremony.
