Blackhawk Bank & Trust was Established in 1961 and employs approximately 240 individuals.  The Valley Center reopening reflects the bank’s enduring promise to provide modern, accessible, community-first banking solutions—featuring a welcoming new space designed to deliver a more convenient and personalized experience right where customers live, work, and do business.
