Many of us are asked to solve complex problems in the workplace. These complex problems create risks for the business and cannot be ignored. When presented with a problem, we do not naturally and automatically choose to think about it critically. It’s a learned skill. We often quickly analyze and move to solution. That typically does not solve the problem. This course will introduce you to the concepts and constructs of critical thinking. You will have time in class to identify gaps in your own critical thinking skills. As you share and hear ideas during the class, you will be able to create a plan to improve upon your thinking skills. This program is for leaders who want to enhance their critical thinking skills.
Learning Objectives:
Who Should Attend: Managers, supervisors, and other professionals who would like to learn how to use proven decision-making methods or improve their critical thinking skills.
