We will be following the protocols for the event venue. Masks are required when entering Rhythm City Casino.\n\n\n	Once seated in the Event Center\, attendees may remove his/her mask for food and beverage service. \n	Hand sanitizer will be placed on each registration table and all attendee tables.\n\n\n\n\nProgram\n\nArts\, culture and events are an integral part of creative placemaking and the Quad Cities is home to several longstanding signature events that not only promote a quality place but also impact our economy.
